As HRDC Accredited Trainer and Certified Coach, I believe confidence is not an inborn trait – it is a capability that can be developed with the right structure, mindset and practice.

With over 37 years of combined corporate, training and coaching experience (since 1989), I partner with organizations, training providers, HR, L & D professionals, who are highly capable, yet often held back by self-doubt, overthinking or lack of clarity.

My background spans corporate leadership roles, people development initiatives and extensive training and coaching across industries. Over the years, one principle has remained consistent.

Strong leadership begins with self-leadership.

I am also the author of two books:

These books reflect my practical, experience-based approach to building confidence from within.

In addition to my professional work, I have been volunteering as a mentor with Talentbank since 2023, supporting young talents and professionals in their growth, confidence, and career readiness.
